Motorcycle diagnostics, a clearer home page and a complete Repair section

  • Diagnose a problem: pick your bike, the area and what you notice to get the likely fault, whether it is safe to ride and the fix.
  • The home page has a "What is wrong with your bike?" section with repair search and common problems.
  • All 134 Repair part pages are now complete, including the drive chain, clutch, engine, gearbox and wiring.
  • The Overview shows each part's working animation beside its graphs, and closes cleanly on phones.
  • The Bike builder shows engine sizes from 100 to 400 cc and keeps its options beside the bike; click a part to edit it.
  • The crash course explains gear ratios with a moving gear pair.
  • Library now holds articles, motorcycle types, 3D models, technical illustrations and downloads.
16

Under the Engine, a full Repair section and spare parts

  • Under the Engine: a 125 cc engine in 3D with every gear, chain, fork and valve moving. Start it, pull the clutch, shift through the box, click any part. Its renders now illustrate the engine, clutch, gearbox, generator and ignition chapters.
  • Repair rebuilt: 274 problems with step-by-step diagnosis, 185 repairs from rider checks to workshop jobs, and 134 parts with links to the shop.
  • Spare parts for 41 best-selling bikes: intervals, prices and where to buy.
  • The Cockpit fits one screen with the dyno beside it, new switchgear and working sound on phones.
15

Crash course, Repair and part swapping

  • A 15-minute crash course: the whole bike, how the key parts work, and repair fundamentals.
  • Repair: search 63 problems by symptom or by part, with 58 step-by-step jobs, values and safety notes.
  • The Bike builder can swap seats, tanks, lights and wheels between the three bikes.
  • Eight more articles on maintenance and repair, and a gearing chart in the course.

  • Motorcycle types: pictures on the timeline and a Diagrams or Photos switch.

  • Each type opens full screen with a labelled plate, a photograph, typical figures, landmark models, what came next and a link to the chapter that teaches it.
  • Twelve new plates (T01 to T12) on the downloads page, with the page text and data.
13

A new home page, model downloads and a circuit workbench

  • A new home page that leads into the site, with an "electrical components training: coming soon" section for working mechanics.
  • The 3D bike now lives at Overview, opening a component panel beside the bike.
  • Every 3D model can be downloaded as a GLB file.
  • A Circuit workbench under the Wiring Lab: change loads, fuse, wire and earth and see the effects.
  • Every chapter on the module pages has its own picture.
  • The fundi training programme on the About page.
12

Bike builder, graphs and animations in the course

  • The Bike builder: assemble a bike in 3D in workshop order, then change engine size, wheels, sprockets and colours and see the effects.

  • Nine chapters now include the working animations.
  • Hidden parts show through a see-through shell when selected.

  • New pages: History, Downloads, About, Contact, and privacy, cookies and terms of use.
09New

Engine sound in the cockpit

  • The cockpit now has sound: engine note, starter, horn, indicator relay, gear clunks and switch clicks.
  • The Overview reads engine size from a link, so a lesson can open it with a given bore, stroke and compression ratio.
08Improved

Separate Overview and Cockpit, cleaner phones

  • The Overview and the Cockpit are now separate pages.
  • A plain white theme throughout, with no beige surfaces.
  • On phones the header is compact and no longer follows you down the page.
  • Sources and 3D models now link to the downloadable models on Sketchfab, with a contact for collaborations.
07Improved

Clearer 3D components and course pages

  • 3D component models move with the simulation, and an x-ray highlight shows the part you selected.
  • Component views show the model and its working side by side.
  • Learn has smaller images, white surfaces and the contents on top on phones.
  • A new typeface (Barlow) and a simple bike-building game for younger learners.

One chapter per page

  • Learn now shows one chapter at a time, with breadcrumbs, a progress bar and previous and next links.
